Load Manager Now Supports Highway’s Full Suite

Great news for freight brokers: Load Manager TMS now supports Highway’s full integration suite. You can verify carriers, watch every load, and send rate cons safely, all from inside Load Manager. This helps you stop fraud and freight theft before they cost you money.

What’s New

Load Manager now works with Highway Connect, Load Lock, Secure Rate Con Delivery, and Highway’s ongoing carrier monitoring. These are the tools Highway uses to protect brokers from fraud, double brokering, and stolen freight. Now they are part of your daily work in Load Manager. You don’t need to switch screens or copy data by hand.

Highway Connect: Know Every Carrier

Highway Connect, powered by Highway’s Carrier Identity® engine, brings carrier sourcing, vetting, and onboarding into one place. In Load Manager, each linked carrier shows a clear Pass or Fail result. Carrier contacts, insurance, and documents flow in automatically.

The benefit: You know the carrier is who they say they are before you book. Onboarding is faster, and there is less paperwork for your team.

Load Lock: Watch Every Load

Highway’s Load Lock adds protection at the load level. It sends alerts when something about a load or carrier looks wrong, and it helps confirm the right truck shows up at pickup.

The benefit: You find problems early, while there is still time to act, not after the freight is gone.

Secure Rate Con Delivery

Scammers often try to grab rate confirmations by using fake email addresses. Highway’s Secure Rate Con Delivery sends the rate con to the verified carrier contact.

The benefit: Your rate con reaches the real carrier, not a fraudster pretending to be them.

Ongoing Monitoring

A carrier that passes today can change tomorrow. Highway keeps watching carriers over time and flags changes, such as insurance or authority problems.
