Load Manager TMS integrates with Highway’s Connect, Load Lock, and Secure Rate Con Delivery, the three products Highway says put your freight under its Performance Guarantee: up to $100,000 against stolen freight. Learn more on Highway’s site →
Highway says: use Highway the way it was built to be used (Connect, Load Lock, Secure Rate Con Delivery, and its monitoring tools) and Highway stands behind the outcome, up to $100,000 against stolen freight. Highway lists what a qualifying load needs: identity verified, rate con secured, alerts resolved, and the truck detected at pickup. Load Manager supports these Highway products in your daily workflow.

The Performance Guarantee is offered and administered by Highway, not Load Manager. It applies to qualifying loads as Highway defines them. Terms are set by Highway.
Highway says Connect brings carrier sourcing, vetting, and onboarding into one platform, so every carrier you book is verified from day one. In Load Manager, each linked carrier shows a Pass or Fail badge, and contacts, insurance, and documents flow in automatically.
Onboarding checks a carrier once. Highway says Load Lock checks every load (identity, telematics, live insurance) and keeps monitoring after booking.
Highway says Secure Rate Con delivers your rate confirmation only to the carrier Highway verified, never intercepted, never forwarded.
When Highway reports a carrier status change, Load Manager updates the carrier. Load Manager can warn you or stop you from booking carriers that don’t pass.
Freight fraud and double brokering cost brokers money and trust. Load Manager and Highway work together so you know who you’re booking before the load moves.
