Less retyping. Faster answers. More time to move freight.
Freight comes in all day through emails, rate requests, shipment details and documents. For a busy brokerage or dispatch team, each message can mean another round of reading, retyping, looking up a load and preparing a customer response.
The Load Manager AI Workbench brings that preparation into one place. It organizes incoming freight information into shipment details, load actions and customer replies that your team can review and use directly in Load Manager TMS.
Shipment details can come from the email itself or an attached rate confirmation. The Workbench brings the source and extracted information together so a user can check the details, make edits and create the load. Afterward, the user can open that load in TMS or continue to the next email.
Rate confirmations, bills of lading and signed PODs belong with the shipment. The Workbench reads freight attachments, supports text recognition for scanned documents and helps match PODs to an existing load using a reference number and stop address. Relevant documents use Load Manager’s existing TMS attachment workflow, with recognizable filenames and labels.
When a customer asks for a load update, the Workbench helps find the shipment and prepare a reply from its saved status, stop details and available GPS information. Your team can edit the recipient, subject and message, save a draft, and review the response before sending.
The AI Workbench is in Alpha development and testing. Our current work centers on validating email-to-load entry, document handling, POD association and reviewed status replies with real freight samples. Testing across providers, customer workflows and mobile devices is part of preparing it for broader use.
The next stage brings proactive pickup-confirmation, ETA and POD follow-ups into a dispatcher Needs attention queue. The approved Settings screen already provides the timing, on/off controls, POD customer selection and company schedule that will guide those tasks.
Whether you broker freight, operate trucks or manage dispatch, the goal is straightforward: spend less time moving information between systems and more time serving customers and moving freight.
