We recognize the importance of timely assistance when using our Load Manager TMS. If you can’t get help when you need it, then your TMS is useless to you. That’s why we offer six different support channels, so you can choose the help that suits you best. If you need help right away just give us a call on 631-724-9400. However if you just have a question and don’t want to break your stride please email us at support@loadmanager.com. We will usually answer your email in an hour or so. If it’s after hours and you don’t want to wait for us to respond the next day, you can search for the answer yourself. Just visit our Help Center where you will find searchable knowledgebase articles, How-To’s and FAQS. If you are more of a visual person, our searchable YouTube channel is a great way to see exactly how to get things done. You can pause the video to allow yourself to repeat the steps shown. Lastly, if you need a TMS consultant to do a screen share using Zoom we can do that too. We often use zoom to help customers decide if they need a custom programming enhancement or to review a difficult scenario they are facing.
